I love working with shape and form and creating with my hands. I love the one-on-one experience of learning about someone's individual style and using their hair as a medium for self-expression—accentuating their unique texture, whirl patterns, and movement through the way hair is touched, cut, and cared for.
What draws me to this work most is encouraging those around me to break down societal standards and redefine beauty on their own terms, from their own unique perspective. I bring intention and close attention to technical detail to help bring forth each client's vision, and to offer support for any perception shift—to help them see and feel the beauty that is always within and around them.
I stay inspired by self-expression and the multitude of forms it takes.
