Deposit Policy

 

Bloom requires a $50 deposit for booking first time appointments. Deposits are applied toward the service total at the end of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to any scheduled appointment, otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.

Lastly, Bloom does not take tips on credit cards. We are working towards this goal, but currently only accept cash tips.

Services are non-refundable, but happiness is extremely important to us and we do our best to guarantee it. If you are unhappy with your services for any reason please don't hesitate to contact us here. We are here to help.

We want you to love the items you purchase from our boutique and salon. Bloom gladly accepts returns and exchanges for unused products within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. We honor the same return policy for items purchased from our boutique.
