Deposit & Cancellation Policy

 

Bloom asks all first time guests to provide a credit card to hold bookings. First time reservations can also be held by providing a $50 deposit in person. Bloom has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation or reschedule requests must be made 24 hours prior to any scheduled service appointment, otherwise, deposits are non-refundable and a $50 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged.

Lastly, Bloom does not accept tips on credit cards. If you'd like to tip your stylist, but forget to bring cash we have an ATM on site for your convenience.

Refund policy

Services are non-refundable, but happiness is extremely important to us and we do our best to guarantee it. If you are unhappy with your services for any reason please don't hesitate to contact us here. We are here to help.

We want you to love the items you purchase from our boutique and salon. Bloom gladly accepts returns and exchanges for unused products within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. We honor the same return policy for items purchased from our boutique.
