I come to Bloom Beauty Lounge from one of Salt Lake City's top salons, where I've spent 15 years building strong relationships with clients behind the chair.
My passion for hair was discovered at age 15, when I experimented with color on myself for the first time—and I never looked back. I enjoy fi nding the right combination of color and cut to best complement each individual's appearance, taste, and lifestyle. My mother was an art teacher, and she cultivated in me a deep passion for education and the arts that keeps me inspired to this day.
That desire to learn has become a desire to teach: I've been working with Kevin.Murphy as a color educator, teaching fellow stylists locally and traveling to hair shows to work alongside master stylists. As Bloom's Director of Color Education, I love inspiring and educating our staff and setting trends. NYC feels like home—I'm constantly inspired by the talented hairdressers around me, and by all the amazing food and music the city has to offe
