Ricardo Dinis
He/Him
Beautiful hair shouldn’t be something you have to fight with. The right cut should work with you.
For more than 20 years, Ricardo Dinis has been shaping hair through a combination of technical precision, artistry, and an instinct for what makes each person unique.
A specialist in hair cutting, Ricardo’s career has taken him around the world, from his work as Creative Director at Vidal Sassoon to Global Creative Director of Hair Cutting for Aveda. He has led platform work internationally, created global campaigns whose work has appeared in store windows around the world, and worked with celebrities during the Toronto International Film Festival. In Madrid, he helped open the first Aveda salon in the city, which was later recognized by Vogue España as one of the top ten salons in the world.
His work and expertise have been featured in Vogue España, Glamour, and Modern Salon, through editorial features, interviews, and industry coverage.
Today, Ricardo brings that experience directly to his clients. His approach begins with technical precision and a deep understanding of the hair itself—its texture, movement, density, and natural behavior—while also considering the individual’s face, personality, lifestyle, and sense of style. His philosophy is simple: beautiful hair shouldn’t be something you have to fight with. The right cut should work with you.
With a certification in trichology, Ricardo also brings a deeper understanding of hair and scalp health to his work, believing that truly beautiful hair begins with understanding and caring for it.
After 20 years behind the chair, what Ricardo loves most is still the people. For him, a haircut is more than a technical service—it’s a personal experience and a small expression of who you are.
Every haircut tells a story of you. Ricardo is happy to play the writer in a small part of your life.
